Email SupportTap the + button on the main screen and enter your tracking number. You can also share tracking info directly from Amazon, carrier emails, or websites using the iOS share sheet.
Amazon packages (TBA numbers) use Amazon's internal tracking system which isn't accessible via public APIs. For Amazon packages, you can manually update the status in the app, or tap "Track on Amazon" to check the latest status.
Go to Settings (gear icon) > Notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings as well (Settings > eShip > Notifications).
Yes! Tap the arrow icon at the top of the main screen to switch to "Outbound" mode, then add packages you're sending. You can also mark packages as returns.
Absolutely. All your package data is stored locally on your device only. We never upload, store, or have access to your tracking information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Swipe left on any package to reveal the delete option. In the History tab, you can also swipe to delete or restore archived packages.
Yes, eShip is completely free with no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. We built it because we wanted a simple, privacy-focused package tracker.
